Is It Safe To Use Eye Drops For Ear Problems?

I had a skin graft to repair an ear drum 28 years ago. my doctor has prescribed exocin eye drops for that ear. I am not sure he knows about the skin graft. the contra-indications for the eye drops when used in the eye include a defect or ulceration of the eye. given the artificial nature of my eardrum, are these eye drops safe to use?

Hi. This is a long time . There can not be a problem by using eye drops in the ear which was repaired so long ago.
But the question is why do you want to use it? It may not be useful and be unnecessary. Please tell us about your symptoms.
