Is It Safe To Use Dianette For Acne?

I have used dianette from the age of 15 on and off. I came off 4 years ago to have a baby. I finished breast feeding and went back onto dianette. I am 29 and still suffer with acne. I have never had any side effects. I started itching about a week into taking it. I am now on day 15 and the itching persists. What do I do?

dianette contains cyproterone acetate and an estrogen....longterm use is not recomended...if your problems are that much disturbing, you can use with caution, and only with proper prescriptions.you need to check your BP and blood sugar regularly..it should be defenitely avoided during pregnancy and lactation....side effects include hypertension, diabetes, menstrual irregulaities, liver dysfunction etc.
