Is It Safe To Use A Steam Room And Sauna After Open Heart Surgery 3 Months Back?

is it ok to use a steamroom and sauna after open heart surgery. I did not have a heart attack or stroke. I had mitral valve repair, aortic annurism removed and one bypass.
It has been over 3 months since surgery and I am doing great.
