Is It Safe To Use Seroflo Inhaler For Occasional Breathing Difficulty?

I have been advised by my Doctor to take seroflo 250 inhaler since I was having difficulty breathing only recently. I face such breathing problems very rarely, once in a couple of years, and only this time it became too persistent. Otherwise, I do not have chronic bronchitis or asthmatic tendencies. Is it safe to use this inhaler. If not, then what should be my course of action in order to get rid of this breathing problem?

Hi welcome to HCM....

According to history you will have asthma or chronic bronchitis.
First confirm it by pulmonary function test by spirometry....

The inhaler you are telling contain salnetrol plus fluticasone that is used as maintainance inhalation therapy in recurrent asthma....

To abort acute asthma attack and so dyspnea salbutamol like short acting beta 2 agonist given...
If still needed nebulization by budesonide and levosalbutamol given.

With keeping my suggestion in mind consult pulmonologist.

Take care.
