It is an irrational combination to be used because it shuns the need for a correct clinical diagnosis and treatment specific to it. Moreover Quadriderm contains too potent a steroid to be recommended for use on face I usually don t prescribe a triple combination like quadriderm because of precisely the same reason. Coming to your concern i would say that you visit a dermatologist for a confirmatory diagnosis because it could be anything e.g a fungal infection, patch of dermatitis etc. Thus the need for an accurate diagnosis at the earliest and treatment specific to it. You can use an oral antihistamine e.g cetrizine for symptomatic relief from itching till then. take care regards
