Dear Madam,

It seems that with the 4 cytotec tablets you have consumed, you have aborted. The clots you have passed are likely to be the products of conception. Since you had less bleeding and since you are in doubt, you should get confirmed by ultrasonography that the abortion is complete. If it is not, you will have to report to the Obstetrician for completion of abortion, may be by surgical evacuation.

The pain you are feeling is due to the contraction of the uterus as a result of cytrotec.

If by chance, the abortion process has not been initiated as yet, please do not change your decision to continue the pregnancy as after cytotec, there is a risk of development of abnormalities in the baby. So in such case, report to the Obstetrician for termination of pregnancy.

I hope you have a clear advice now.
