Is It Safe To Travel In Case Of Pericarditis?

Hi. My 16 year old son has pericarditis and was treated in hospital with antibiotics. He had a weeks supply of antibiotics after leaving hospital and everything seems to be improving although he still has some chest pain but is alot less now. Is it going to be ok for him to fly from Sydney to Bali, its a 6 hour flight and we leave end of June?
