Is It Safe To Take Vitamin B Complex During Pregnancy?

Hi I have done my 2nd IUI on 11th apr. am waiting for the 2 weeks to do the pregnancy test. meanwhile i am eating prenatal vitamins and code lever oil. few of my friends are taking the b complex capsules too. is it safer to take the b complex before/after/during pregnancy?

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion Bcomplex vitamins can be taken before and during the pregnancy.But they might not be essential after delivery.So one can take B complex vitamins.Along with it healthy nutritional diet like green leafy veggies,fruits,meat,fish,eggs and adequate fluids upto 2-3 litres are also very essential.
