Is It Safe To Take Vitamin A/B/C/D/E/B12 And Multivitamin Everyday?

my question is... I want to start taking a bunch of vitamins in the morning. I want to take Vitamin A, B, C, D, E maybe B12 and a multivitamin?
Im just not sure if taking all those vitamins once, daily is healthy for me or even good for me. Could you please let me know if this is okay and if so... how many could I take? Maybe you could recommend some for me?
Thank You so much

You can take B complex and Vitamin C daily as they are water soluble and excess of the vitamins will be flushed out through urine. Vitamins A,D,E are fat soluble and excess of these vitamins are not removed by the body. They are stored in the fat depots which can lead to toxicity if taken in higher doses unless required and prescribed by a physician after evaluating your blood levels. Hence, it is advisable to take Vitamin A, D, E only through a doctor's prescription which can be done only after a series of blood tests to determine if you have any vitamin deficiency.
