Hi , gastritis and constipation are common in first trimester . Using Antacids is the best way to manage the same . Increase fibre in diet with greens and Ispagula husk can be used to increase bulk. The gall stone is not causing her symptoms.
1. Stop Udiliv as it would not improve her symptoms .
2. and 3. It is safe but not warranted. Plan follow up with hepatobiliary surgeon after the delivery . No surgery unless she has any severe right upper abdominal pain .
4. The fatty liver can be due to increasing lipids or diabetes. You need to check sugars GTT test and Lipid profile.
5. You need to give details on whether she has any burning sensation while passing urine or any cough . She will need blood counts and urinalysis to find the cause of fever . I suggest you to meet a physician .
