Hi there,
I have understood your concern.

Tablet Regestrone is a progesterone hormone pill. It will induce secretory changes in the endometrium, and you will get withdrawal bleeding 3 to 7 days after finishing the pills. This will help to get your next cycle within 30 days. In turn this will regularise your cycle.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
