Pregnacare plus has iron in it. Better to avoid in 1st trimester. You can have T.Folic acd 0.5mg once a day in 1st trimester and then in 2nd and 3rd trimesters you can take that medicine under advice and care of your Doctor. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Go for regular checkups and get regular ultrasounds as advised.

pregnacare plus contains iron and folic acid which is safe and necessary in pregnancy. but taking iron in first trimester will increase vomiting so take only folic acid 300 mic gms in first 12 weeks, in second and tromister take pregnacare plus with 60mg of elemental iron, 300 mg of omega 3 fatty acid, 300 mic gm of folic acid.
take care
