Is It Safe To Take Neopride Total For Hiatus Hernia?

hi..my name is Subham Dutta,male 24 from india..yesterday i was diagnosed with hiatus hernia.Doc gave me neopride total one per day in the morning in empty stomach for 60 days.Doc says it s not cureable.i want to know is there any chance that i might be alright,cause i do hv acidity problems very often.

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of getting diagnosed as hiatus hernia and your Doctor prescribing Rabeprazole 20 MG+Levosulpiride 75 MG in the name of Neopride total and asked to take it for 60 days.
Your Doctor says this is not curable and you want to know whether there is any chance that you might be alright because you have acidity problems very often.
The medication you have been give is alright and you should take this for 60 days as advised to have symptomatic relief.
Additional treatment is:
Stop smoking and drinking.
No spices and oily food.
Small frequent meals.
No stress and/or anxiety.
Antacid gel when on empty stomach.
Some of the hiatus hernia are curable by proper surgery in selected patients.
