Is It Safe To Take Nacfil 600 Mg For PCOS And What Are Its Side Effects ?
i am 23 years old n my period is not in time(2/3) month. and i checked with docter and she said me i have a problem of ploycystic overies and she suggest me use nacfil 600 mg medicine for 3 month.. is it fine for me? what side effect of this medicine?

Hi welcome to H.C.M.Forum. dont worry about side effects, every drug has side effects. some people have them and some people don't.you can use the drug. besides anaemia is one of the major cause of irregular periods.for that you can use iron preparations, under the supervison of a doctor. as a house hld remedy you eat green leafy vegetables, eggs and fruits.thank you.
