Hi,

Bigomet contains metformin which belongs to the group of medications known as biguanides is used to treat type 2 diabetes mellitus. It is used to treat menstruation related disorder known as polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) in women. It works by lowering glucose production in the liver, delaying the absorption of sugar from intestines and increasing the body's sensitivity to insulin. It is a safe medication in pregnancy. B Long F contains pyridoxine and folic acid which is used to produce hormones, red blood cells and cells of the immune system; convert food into glucose and produce energy, control blood levels of homocysteine, an amino acid that may be associated with heart disease, prevent anemia etc. It is a safe medication in pregnancy.

Hiponidd tablet is herbomineral combination formulated for aiding the treatment of diabetes and polysystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS). Its ingredients are proven to have a definite beneficial effect not only in lowewing blood sugar levels but also in lowewing lipids. It is a safe medication in pregnancy but you should take it according to your doctor's advice. Letroz contains letrozole which appears to be more effective than the standard drug Clomiphene for helping women with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) to achieve pregnancy. It is also used to treat breast cancer. It is not recommended for pregnant women. It should be used under supervision of a qualified physician.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
