Is It Safe To Take Antibiotics Along With Lansoprazole?

After the docs today at 1030am it was confirmed I have a chest infection, high temp and racing pulse. I started a course of clarithromycin 250mg twice a day today, I've taken two so far ..... I cannot sleep, I feel panicky, I feel tired and when I dose off I wake in a panic as if I'm going to die. I am scared to fall asleep I case I don't wake. I have tried to go to bed since 10 pm it's now 3.41 am and I'm shattered. I've taken a lemsip max satchet also with honey at 11pm. I take lansoprazole 15mg each morning for anti reflux. This is all the medication I am taking. Is this a reaction to antibiotics ?

please do not take more stress regarding your problem.
yes, you can take lansoprazole with the antibiotics, but taking it before food helps much better.your racing heart ,restlessness, fatigue, insomnia, panic attacks are all due to the fever & infection.
clarithromycin is a good and safe antibiotic that too 250 mgs is less likely to cause any drug related side-effects like nausea, headache, vomiting.
relax ,
once the temperature reduces you will be fine.
if it was any reaction you would have got rashes, itching,wheeze and many other complications.
