Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The protection rate with the emergency contraceptives varies with the time interval of consumption after the intercourse. The farther from the act, the lesser the protection. Also, there is a small failure rate as with any other mode of contraception. In the current scenario, you should see a specialist, get a clinical confirmation, a trans-vaginal sonogram to locate the gestation sac and the age of the pregnancy and ask for an induced medical abortion if everything is favorable. Self-medication is strictly contra-indicated. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
