Hello,
Welcome to HCM,
I had gone through your history and understand your concern.
As you are having bronchitis for which you are taking medicine prescribed by your treating doctor.
Your concern is excess of mucus in the sinus, be careful with over-the-counter spray nasal decongestants. They may help at first, but using them for more than 3 - 5 days can make nasal stuffiness worse.
As you are taking medicine you could follow some methods at home
1.Apply a warm, moist washcloth to your face several times a day.
2.Drink plenty of fluids to thin the mucus.
3.Inhale steam 2 - 4 times per day.
4.Use a humidifier.
These non pharmacological methods may relieve your symptom.
Hope your query is answered.
Thank you
