Is It Safe To Take Vitamin C And Aspirin While Taking Lipator For Cholesterol?

My husband is 62, 6 1 and 170 lbs. civil engineer who owns/operates a construction company. He runs 3 miles 4-5 x week and has no major health issues. He has taken Lipator x 10 years because of a Blood Cholesterol of 230. Last year s physical showed a Blood Cholesterol of 135, HDL and LDL within normal limits also. Over the counter supplement habits has been: 82 mg of Aspirin for 10 years 500 mg of Vitamin C He recently read he should be taking B12 to increase his energy and that Vitamin C was no longer a needed supplement w/healthy diet. Please advise on the B12 and Vitamin C. THANKS

Dear sir/ madam, it all depends on your food habits. If u are taking balance food i.e food with all essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants etc then supplementation with Vit B12, Vit C oral medication is of least important. But there is no harm in taking these as supplements. General tips from my side will be,
1) More of vegetable and high fibre diet
2) Less of fat contating items
3) Daily 30 min of brisk exercise
4) one fruit a day
