General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern.

Urimax capsule contains Tamsulosin (an alpha blocker) which is basically used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) with an enlarged prostate gland. It improves the flow of urine by relaxing the muscles of the prostate and the lower part of the bladder.

However its efficacy in the treatment of 10 mm stone in the middle pole of the kidney is not being proved. Such stones are usually treated by Lithotripsy.
So, I would advise you to consult a urologist for further evaluation.

Hope this answers your query.
