Understanding your concern. As per your query white bumps on back tongue . Well there can be many reasons for like lie bumps , canker sore , traumatic fibromastrep throat , tonsil stones and sores due to acid reflux . I would suggest you to take medicine as per prescription as it doesn't seems to be any serious condition , do warm saline gargles , maintain proper oral hygiene and avoid hot and spicy food for few days specially before going to bed . If condition doesn't get better with treatment or get worse then consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
