Is It Safe To Take Flexura Along With Nupenta And Indocap For Back Pain?

Hi doctor,I am suffering from backbone pain. After consulting doctor in my area,they suggest me these medicine given below- 1. HCQS-200 (BD) 2. Flexura D (BD) 3. Saaz-DS (BD) 4. Nupenta 40 (Empty Stomach) 5. Indocap S.R. (Alternate day) I am taking these medicine from last two months. sir please suggest me the duration of taking these medicine so that it will not do any side effect me..

Hello,

* The Flexura contains combination of Metaxalone as muscle relaxant Diclofenac as analgesic and anti inflammatory actions

* The intake of the same can be safely considered without side effects with the above mentioned molecules.

However, the Indocap is also having analgesic actions and hence a dose tapering would be required over a constant period of usage as per the pain score improvement over total score of 10.

Long terms side effects of Flexura are

- GI upset

- stomach ulcer

- diarrhea

- abdomen bloating

- bleeding gut

- dependance.
