Is It Safe To Take Flexon During Early Pregnancy?

Dear Doctors,I have taken 5 Flexon MR Tablets during early pregnancy before the cycle anticipating that it is a severe abdominal pain because of improper food causing cramps and pain, What could be the side effects and advise what should be the next course of action. Will there be any issues on the baby developing.Please advise ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
Flexon MR is a combination of Ibuprofen, Paracetamol and Chloroxazone. It is not advisable to take this drug during pregnancy as it is not safe.
However, since you have consumed it already, lets us hope it doesn't affect the development of your baby. Also it is difficult to predict at this stage what effects the drug could produce.
It will only be possible to note at a later stages as the baby grows, weather or not any effects has been produced on your baby by means of ultrasound scan.
Let us hope for the best.
