General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Ma'am, Hi
I appreciate your concern for the safety of Felodipine while having kidney stone.
Felodipine is a calcium channel blocker (which prevents the entry of calcium ions inside the smooth muscle cells of the blood vessels and other tissues) and is found to be effective in lowering the high BP in hypertensive patients.

It maintains blood supply to the kidneys thus maintaining its normal function.
It does not cause the excretion of calcium in the urine and hence it is safe to be used while suffering from Nephrocalcinosis (kidney stone).

Hope to have answered your query.
If convinced, a feedback is appreciated/.
