Is It Safe To Take DolokindAA During Pregnancy?
my wife consumed tablet dolokindAA ( composition is serratiopeptidase 15 mg, Aceclofenac -100mg and paracetamol 325 mg) on 5th march 2011. She did not have periods which should occur on 8-10th of march 2011. when confirmed with the pregnancy strip test, it showed positive. will the tablet taken would have affected our foetus? Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Serratiopeptidase and paracetamol are safe in pregnancy, however aclofenac should not be consumed in pregnancy as it increases the risk of miscarriage.However, intake of single dose of aclofenac is unlikely to have any adverse effect on the fetus, or increase the risk of abortion.
I suggest you not to worry at all.
