Is It Safe To Take Dilantin And Avonex Together?
Good evening. I take Dilantin for Seizure disorder daily: 300mgs Mon/Wed/Thur/Sat and 200mgs Sun/Tues. I also take Avonex once per week IM for Multiple Sclerosis. I was diagnosed with both of these in 1996. I had one seizure in 1996 and a second in 2001. Question: Will 200mgs of Chromium effect my Dilantin? The Chromium is in a dietary supplement I am considering taking. The name of the supplement is Plexus Slim. This will be mixed with water and taken once a day. I think you might have to take both. Seizures DUE TO MS is not rare in those with MS and having the MS treated is helpful for that.
