You must get ultrasonography done to ascertain the completeness of abortion. If that abortion was complete, it seems you have a fresh pregnancy from the sex you had after abortion. The pills you have taken do not seem to have been taken appropriately with medical advice. The other possibility is that your previous pregnancy is growing undisturbed. Now, please get your pregnancy test done on the overnight first morning urine sample to confirm the fresh pregnancy. Also get ultrasonography done to find out whether this is fresh pregnancy or the previous pregnancy still growing undisturbed.
