Is It Safe To Take Amoxicillin And Navidoxine During Pregnancy?

My wife is pregnant week 16 she has stomach pain dr report says she is diagnosed & has Helocobacter pylori ?. The doctor has put her on amoxycilin 1000 mg along with navidoxin i dont know is it safe. Because we are expecting our 1st baby in 14 years of marriage need to be realy sure is it safe. Plus when she uses the tablets she feels very down and sleeps for hours and hours. Realy worried and confused.

Amoxycillin is a safe antibiotic & can be used to treat H. pylori infection.It is grade B drug according to pregnancy safe index, so safer as compared to other antibiotics in pregnancy.
Navidoxine is a combination of Pyridoxine & Meclizine given for treatment of vomiting or motion sickness.It is also Category B drug.
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) panel has concluded that no association between the category B drug and birth defects.So is safe for you and your baby.
