Is It Safe To Stop Thyroid Medication Cold Turkey?
Hi during my pregnancy in first trimester I had got thyroid I was taking Thyronom 50mcg post my delivery after 2months my thyroid is 0.001 gynecologist said me to stop the medicines Thyronom and chk thyroid tsh t4 t3 after 1/2 month not taking medicines now is it safe will it not effect my health and also m breastfeeding

As your thyroid profile is normal now you can stop thyroid supplements. Get regular thyroid hormone estimation done as advised by your doctor. If there is any abnormality then thyroid supplements can be restarted.it will not effect your or baby health.
