Is It Safe To Stop Ampiclox 500 After Being Screened For Infection?

I was prescribed ampiclox 500 after a c section.before completing the dose I visited a health facility for incision threads removal.the doctor suggested I should be screened for any infection.thy said I have some infections in my system and prescribed clavmark and said I should stop ampiclox.was it a good advice?

hi
as you are screened for infection an found some infection despite of taking ampiclox500.
it is clear ampiclox is not able to cure the infection.
i am also attending the many of this kind of patient in my clinic.
no doubt it is a good advise to shift you from ampiclox to Clavmark ( as it is superior antibiotic)
i will also suggest to send a swab for antibiotic sensitivity test.
