hello doctor , i m 21 years old/i m having soft hairs little below my eyes or we can say above the chicks so i want to ask u that can i remove it through laser surgery for removing hairs..is it safe for me and for my skin kindly give me ur advice

it mainly afffect thick black hair
soft hair need ipl treatment.
u need to be examine by doctor
u need 8-10 session for removal
