Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It is right that you are lucky, in the first instance it self they would have ordered for ultrasound, to exclude the tubal pregnancy.
Now there must be infection as well. Now the possibility is the removal of the falopian tube only, at least to save the other tube and the uterus.
No problem if you get the tube ablated also, because you will have one ovary and one tube, to have the pregnancy, provided you have the others healthy.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to maintain good health of the rest, and have resistance.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.

Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
Yes, most likely, what you are suffering from is an ectopic pregnancy.
This is the presence of gestational sac and pregnancy outside the uterus, most probably inside the Fallopian tube.
This might rupture anytime, and lead to severe internal bleeding, even death
In a few cases, the ectopic pregnancy might be managed with drugs / injections alone.
However, a lot of times, surgery to remove the Fallopian tube is definitely required as a treatment.
It depends on the ultrasound scan report, your B HCG values and your clinical picture.
In your case, I would be able to tell you if medicines are advisable, if I have details of your sonogram report.
The amount of blood present in the pelvis will also determine if surgery is needed.
Also, always tubes are not required to be removed, sometimes, just milking them or removing the pregnancy part is sufficient.
Particularly in women with no issues, this is tried.
Please write in with more details, to have specific guidance.
