Is It Safe To Participate In Sports Despite Suffering From Aerosinusitis?

I have aerosinusitis or barosinusitis and I was wondering if I can still participate in physical activities like sports and whatnot. If I were to exersize, would that possibly make my condition worse? Im going to go to a clinic later today and ask for treatment. It has been 36 hours since I descended on my plane and there is lingering pressure in my temple/brow area

thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....

well first of all, aerosinusitis has nothing to do with exercises or work done in normal pressure i.e. when there is no sudden change in the external pressure...so you need not worry about participating in sports....that is unlikely to cause you problems...

but since you are saying that you have problems since last 36 hours following descending from plane, it should be treated....go to a Physician, get an XRAY PNS done...he will see the results and prescribe you nasal decongestants and maybe some NSAIDs....

hope this was helpful....
consult me for any further queries...
