Hi,

Losing weight with a proper fashion will alleviate most of your complaints. However, you must avoid intense exercise which may increase your arrhythmia by heavy tachycardia and electrolyte imbalance. Swimming and regular walking are suitable for you. Ceasing salt and processed foods also help.

May you recover soon.
