Is It Safe To Have Vitamin E And C For Pigmentation?

Hi doc I have melanic on my face and forehead I have tried every cream but nothing helped so far,
I think I have a harmonic prob I have heard that buy taking vitami E and vitamin c together
Helps to treat pigmentation internally. My dermatologist have recommend me vitamin E evion and vitam C celin
Do is it safe ?

Welcome to healthcare magic,
Vitamin E and Vitamin C are safe and yes they play a role in decreasing pigmentation by decreasing melanin synthesis and by anti-oxidant action. You may take these tablets as per the doctor's advice. But these are adjuvant or add on treatments for melasma. Mainstay treatment will be sunscreens and topical lightening creams.
