Is It Safe To Have Intercourse With A Fractured Sacrum?
Can i have intercourse with a fractured sacrum?I am a woman, aged 70, had hairline fracture of sacrum following fall on stairs 6 weeks ago. Osteopath is treating me. I walk well and am active, though have pain in lower back and have been told not to bend over for a few weeks to come.

In the elderly any fracture takes a long time to heal. Factors which slow wound healing include old age, mobility, osteoporosis, infections, diabetes etc.
Sacrum fracture could increase, even though hairline as it can increase.
Good rest, mild exercise, vit D and calcium supplements with nutritious diet could improve it.
Unnecessary risks could complicate. Be careful. Take care. Two more weeks and two months, complete healing of hairline fracture could occur.
