Is It Safe To Have Intercourse While Having Ceftriaxone Injection?

Hi, My doctor gave me an injection of ceftriaxone (rocephine) in my hip and they prescribed me four 250 mg tablets of Azithromycin to take in one dose. And I wanted to know how long before I can have sex again and if I have sex say within a day of treatment could that guy get whatever I had?

I would need more information regarding to what you have had because there are different cooling off periods for different organisms. Ranging between 1 week to 1 month. In these circumstances I would advise you to avoid intercourse for at least 1 week.
