Is It Safe To Have Chicken And Bread Jam While Taking Silymarine?
Dear doc. I have a value of SGPT arround 70 and want to reduce it to normal value of 40. While taking Silymarine tablets can i eat chicken and bread wirh jam. Moreover, how can i resuce my sgpt in one week. Thanks and may Allah bless you. Best regards

I really appreciate your concern you can have a normal diet if you have liver pathology only matter is there should not be symptoms of nausea or vomiting or the digestive functions must not be affected in short the conditions must be asymptomatic, then you can have the chicken and bread jam, hope this information helps you, have nice day.
