Is it safe to have another child in 4 years gap post a caesarean baby ?

hai i maried in 2005 june, now i have a son Mr ATULSAI who was born on 25thJan2007 (sciserien) now i am plannig for the second issue is this is right time?

ideally there should be 5 years space between 1st child and second child, as your child is 4 years you can start planning for second child, It aaply to LSCS also.
