Is It Safe To Have Estradiol Cream For Palpitations Despite Having Irregular Periods?

I am a 46 year old female in peri menopause. Cycle is still around every 21 days unless I use Estradoil cream to balance my hormones once in awhile. It is a biodentical that I can use on my wrist if estradoil or abdominal if progesterine. If I use the estradoil cream it seems to throw off my cycle but it helps with palpitations that I have when low. What other options do I have to help with side effects? I tried Estroven for dryness and it worked great except I sufferered with horrible menstral bleeding for months after only using it lightly for about a week. Otherwise I m in good health.

hi healthcare magic user, As you are 46 in a perimenopausal age for heavy bleeding you can have oral contraceptive pills ( low dose such as Yasmin) foe 6 months or other option is go for insertion of mirena the only disadvantage is that you will get breakthrough bleeding I between .
If I would have been your doctor would have advised you to insert mirena as it is estrogen free so no side effects like palpitation.
