Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM
Livolin recommended dose nebulization may be done 4 hourly depending upon the situation requirement of the child.
Antihistaminic decongestant medicine to be added along with some antipyretics.
Steam inhalation should also be given some space.
Nasal blockage is important cause of congestion ,should be tackled with proper saline nasal drops frequently even one hourly.
If Pediatrician feels he can also give some antibiotic depending upon the requirement.
Montileukast may be given for longtime to suppress the allergic response
Hope the query is answered.
Thanks
