Is It Safe To Give Lactogen For Toddler?
My baby s 28 days... In morning nd evening she s cranky nd get quiet only by feeding.. It lasts for nearly 3-4 hrs... I think I m not able to produce milk so fast during those frequent demands nd my baby s hungry...is it safe to give some top feed like lactogen to 1 month old ?

ideally we say exclusive breast feeds for six months. for the mother: please ensure adequate fluids, fresh fruits and vegetables esp with water content, and adequate rest. for the baby try feeding one breast atleast for 10 to 15 minutes till it empties and if still hungry go to the other side. try avoiding lactogen as far as possible as it will worsen the problem.
