Is It Safe To Give Duoloin For My Child Suffering From Fever And Runny Nose?

Doctor my daughter is 2 year old and admitted to hospital twice first time for cold, short breathless. Her paediatrician said it is bronchitis , lower respiratory tract infection followed by fever. She got discharged after 5 days and almost after 7 days she started vomiting and loose motion followed by fever and again she was admitted for 3 days doctors said it is 2 grade dehydration and post bronchitis loose motion/ gastro. After one week she had 103 fever for two days we had her blood checked and all the reports are normal. Now she has runny nose and cold little bit as precaution we are giving her Duolin twice morning and evening. Is duolin safe?

Duolin is a combination of salbutamol and ipratropium used for brochodilatation for the treatment of asthma and wheeze due to any cause.
It is quite safe when administered according to doctor's instructions
