Is It Safe To Give Asthalin For Cold & Cough?

my boy child is 4years and 4month old since i put him to school he started getting cold slowly he stat getting cough at night so i have stated homepathic and he was ok but now he got very bad cold inchest and woofing so doctor said to give asthalin is it ok and safe for my child he is 16 kg
