dont worry wait more 24 hour. At least 48 hr has been taking medicine to get ride from symptom.
more important thing is that to maintane dehydration , give him plenty of water to drink.
after 24 hr fever doesnt come down, antibiotic may be require so consult to doctor to rule out the cause of fever.
