CLAVAM 375 MG THRICE DAILY WILL BE CORRECT DOSE FOR UR CHILD. ALONG WITH THIS U NEED TO GIVE HIM ANTIALLERGIC TAB AND COUGH SUPPRESSANT SYRUP.
