Is It Safe To Get Pregnant After Several C-sections?

Hi I'm 28 I've got 3 boys all delivered by c-section now I'm pregnant again only giving birth 12 months ago. I wanted to know will it be safe to have another c-section I've also been told I've got an slightly anlarged heart and asthma can you please tell me if me being pregnant is ok or will medication can prevent complications. I'm 13 stones.

Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. In the current scenario, the further management depends on the amount of heart enlargement, its cause and the effect of pregnancy and vice versa. Management also depends on the status of your asthma and also the importance of the current pregnancy. If you wish to continue with the pregnancy, you need the care of an expert in high risk pregnancy. Elective cesarean section at maturity is preferable. Hope this helps.
