Is It Safe To Fly When Experiencing Dizziness And Extreme Fatigue Due To A Head Injury?

Hi there.
I got hit in the head by a screw of some sort yesterday and that caused two cuts- one on my forehead and another on my scalp. The cuts are surrounded by this large bump. I experienced dizziness and extreme fatigue yesterday and today. I am also taking a flight tonight. Do I need to see a doctor?
