Is It Safe To Discontinue Cymbalta?

Hello, I have been taking Cymbalta generic for approx. 9 months. I want to taper off to see how I am doing but also because I experience excessive sweating with the slightest exertion, I am constantly tired, have stomach pain and shallow breathing. No insurance this year and hard to get in to see my doctor. Looking online for general advice how to taper off. Thanks!

guidance and supervised method .
@ In absence of ability to get to see your doctor , I would recommend as
# Convey your close friend or family member regarding home
management of your own medications tapering as in case of any
unwanted adverse withdrawl symptom they can immediately take you to
your PCP .
# Take half dose of the current medication for 10 days ,
1/4 th for next 10 days ,
1/4 th for next 10 days on alternate day
1/4 th for next 10 days on every 4th day
1/4 th dose every 10 days for 3 rounds
stop totally .
# Dedicated concentration exercises , YOGA , regular walking , exercise
help in above regimen .
# Remain ambulatory , keep yourself busy in your likelihood activities
# No smoking , alcohol consumption recommended at all
