General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Diet and exercise are important in the treatment of high blood sugars.

It may be necessary to continue the medication so that your blood sugars can be controlled. Women with a history of increased blood sugars during pregnancy are at risk of developing diabetes.

If the use of this medication along with your lifestyle changes does not help your blood sugars then additional medication may be needed.

I hope this helps
